"People have unreal expectations...."
People have unreal expectations....
This is a virtual doctor visit. Unless you have tools to help the doctor diagnose, there are limited treatment options. We made the investment of a digital otoscope from Amazon for pictures of ears, nose, throat, etc and it has made a world of difference. Otherwise, the doctors on here can really only diagnose what they can see with the naked eye.

"Difficult at first"
At first it was great spoke with Dr got meds I needed, then the meds were not sent to my pharmacist so I called and stayed on hold for hour and 45 minutes. After multiple attempts to just getting seen again I had Dr. C. Lawler call me back he was amazing at helping me with all my needs and getting the prescription to the pharmacy right away, and didnt charge me cause of the trouble I had. I highly recommend him and I'm picky :)
