I’ve used LiveHealthOnline a handful of times now, the login process has been really easy each time. I haven’t run into any weird errors or delays, and I’m able to get into my appointment quickly, which is a relief when I’m already trying to deal with a health issue

I had my appointment on LiveHealthOnline and the video was clear pretty much the whole time. The audio didn’t really cut out either, which I was kind of worried about. Overall it was easy to use, and I didn’t notice much lag or anything weird.

"Easy seeing same doctor again"
I’ve used LiveHealth Online few times now, and I really like that doctor can see my past notes. I don’t have to explain everything from start every visit, which is nice. It makes follow-ups way less annoying and feels more like normal doctor visit.

"Wrong dosage on my prescription"
The doctor was nice, but the prescription came through with the wrong dosage. Thankfully, the pharmacy caught it, not LiveHealth. I had to message support, and then wait around to get it sorted out. kind of scary, especially for what was supposed to be a simple refill.

She asked a bunch of questions, let me explain everything, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. Like she actually wanted to understand what was going on before jumping in...
She talked through what it might be and what I should keep an eye on, which made me feel a lot less unsure. The whole visit was easy and felt more like a normal appointment than just some quick video call. I’d use it again, for sure...

It’s convenient when you just need a quick visit, but availability can be all over the place. Sometimes it works great, and other times you’re stuck checking like an idiot because nothing’s open.

"Support got back to me really fast!!!"
I had a small problem getting into my LiveHealth Online account right before an appointment, and I was starting to panic a little because I really didn’t want to miss it!!!

I reached out to support, and they answered way faster than I thought they would!!! The person helping me was super nice, explained things clearly, and didn’t make me repeat the whole situation a bunch of times, which I really appreciated!!!

They got everything fixed within a few minutes, and I was still able to make it to my visit!!! Such a relief, and I’m really glad they were so quick about it!!!

"Easy prescription refill"
I used LiveHealth Online when I needed a refill and couldn’t get an appointment with my regular doctor. The visit was quick, and the provider sent the prescription to my pharmacy right after.
It was ready later that day, and I didn’t have to follow up or deal with any extra hassle. Simple process, and it worked well for what I needed

"Pretty handy, but the app has its moments"
LiveHealth Online is useful for the most part when everything is working right. The website was easy to figure out, maybe took me around 5 minutes to get where I needed to go. The app, though, felt a little clunky. I had to log back in a couple of times, and the video screen probably took close to a minute to load. Booking the visit itself was simple enough, so that part was fine. Overall, it gets the job done, but I wish the app felt a bit smoother.

I used LiveHealthOnline when I was feeling really awful and didn’t want to wait days for an appointment. I wasn’t totally sure a virtual visit would be enough, but the doctor actually listened, asked solid questions, and the diagnosis seemed to line up with what I was feeling. The medicine started helping quickly, so I guess they really did get it right. Overall, it was simple and straightforward, with no confusion
